ABOUT US
Unspoilt Andalusia is a family business, run by Toni Waterman and Imanol Guillén. We live with our two children, in a converted rural school in the countryside of Malaga province, around 30 minutes' drive East of Malaga airport.
I (Toni) am English and Imanol, my husband, is Spanish, and we both speak each others' languages fluently. We spent 15 years together in the UK before moving out to Spain.
We have gained invaluable experience in the property market locally (with around 10 years' involvement locally). We have plenty of excellent and reliable contacts that we have built up over time. We also have a lot of very happy customers and we would be happy to pass you references, if you should require them.
We have another 'unofficial' member of the family - our business colleague, Adrian Gladwin. He is your direct contact in the UK. Adrian has been working with us
since the beginning of 2003 and has helped many people to make the right decisions about what property they should look for, offering plenty of advice on any aspect of property searching and buying in Southern Spain. Adrian makes frequent trips out to Spain to keep up to date with all the latest on the property market, in order to keep our customers right up to date and offer the very best advice right from the
start.In Granada province, we
have a fourth member of the team, Graham Dunnett. Graham
is one of our ex-customers and we helped him renovate his own
100-year-old village house near Alhama de Granada, where he now
lives permanently with his wife and two children. He now
helps our current customers in this area with their building and
renovation projects.
