•  before you arrive (by property searching and viewing specifically to meet your requirements),

•  whilst you are here (by organising your visit, the itinerary, the viewing of all the properties and detailed explanations of any issues associated with each property you view, introducing you to solicitors, builders, etc)

•  and after you have gone home , (by being YOU while you are not here, finalising any paperwork, negotiation work, or preparation work before you come back to sign the deeds, organising building or renovation work, and any other issue that needs dealing with in your name whilst you are away).
