Unspoilt Andalusia is a house hunting business run by husband & wife team, Imanol Guillén and Toni Waterman. We run the business from our home, a restored country school in a little country hamlet about 30 minutes' drive  East of Malaga airport.

And we also have a great team member back in the UK, Adrian Gladwin, who will answer your initial questions and guide you, until you are ready to come over for viewings. Adrian is your contact with Unspoilt Andalusia while you are in the UK.

What can we do for you?:

WE CAN FIND YOU THE PROPERTY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A BEFORE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE THAT YOU WILL BE TELLING OTHERS ABOUT:

•  before you arrive (by property searching and viewing specifically to meet your requirements),

•  whilst you are here (by organising your visit, the itinerary, the viewing of all the properties and detailed explanations of any issues associated with each property you view, introducing you to solicitors, builders, etc)

•  and after you have gone home , (by being YOU while you are not here, finalising any paperwork, negotiation work, or preparation work before you come back to sign the deeds, organising building or renovation work, and any other issue that needs dealing with in your name whilst you are away).

This is the key difference between Unspoilt Andalusia and any local estate agent. We are working for you when you can't be around, as if you were based here!
