Most of the old country houses in the area of La Axarquía have been sold off - but there are a few left, just one or two! - that are coming onto the market at a decent price.  And this, without doubt, is one of them!

If you want a traditional old style country house but don't fancy renovating a ruin, then this is the one for you.  It is in comfortable, habitable state, so that you can just move in, but has plenty of potential for further improvement.
