This ruined cottage of around 80m2 is set on an exceptionally large, flat area on a sunny hillside in stunning countryside near the village of Iznate.  The rest of the land (around 15,000m2) is sloping hillside, much of it planted with almond trees, offering stupendous views of the hills around and the valley of Vélez.

This is a great location to rebuild the ruin into a pretty country cottage ideal for retirement or a family.  Wonderful walking and riding country.  Away from the coastal crowds, and yet only 15 mins drive to the sea!

Electrics are at the edge of the driveway.  Water via two wells already drilled.

The track from the road above Iznate is around 3Km, but is very good, and passable all year round with a normal car.
